i was thinking for my new build 90 bow 90 ice 90 light i know that it wont be good in pvp but it will be able to support well in pvp lvl cheap and supppot in jobs good, your opinion??

Str ice means 0 mana

i have a pure str ice bowmen and i have only made it an hour ago and its already lvl16 1/2 and she whips @$$

i think pure str ice archer will be good in pvp once they get the knockback and the fire-shield bug fixed.

IMO pure str NEEDS fire. No for the imbue so much, but for the buffs. Without fire u loose fire sheild, u loose a possible 11% phy damage increase, and u also loose the magic defence, which u need.

yes im pretty sure you need fire for the phys buff and fire shield. the fire shield will not be changed because there is nothing wrong with it. thats what jm said. its probably going to be left at 78%

it's an annoying build until ppl get immune to ice, then ppl will just start owning it

When the immune bug is fixed this will be a very good build because you have the distence and you can freeze or frossbite you opponent from a distence without getting hurt.

But as many people say due to the not fixed bug it sucks

even if the bug is fixed u can just buy pills

Yes but still it takes about 2-3 seconds before the pills do there work

Yo im a lvl 39 Str Blader i use fire/Light for the
buff's and Ice for my attack's....when i attack
w/ the chain's and my ice in PvP th other person
barly move's at all even w/ pill's .....the only
problem is i lvl really really slow and dont do
much damage but i think its GREAT for pvp

jjmetallica: the reason why is because your not a high lvl yet... Later on in the 60-80 range, people are immune to the elements(especially ice) causeing your imbue to be absolute crap.

Pill's take about .5-1 sec to do their job.

I'm guesing you'r going Cold for the def/imbue/and the new Ice buff..
If you use the new ice buff, You will have 0 mp.(because your Pure Str, the ice buff converts a percentage of damage taken into mp dmg)

How to fix this:
Since you only have 3 masteries at 90, that would leave you an extra 30 skill mastery...
You can compensate with the buffs/+physical dmg
Imbue Fix: If you'r goldy at sp farming, lvl ice and light imbue.(Or wait when the 90 cap comes out and see whether the fire-shield bug is fixed.)
Ice will do fine if its fixed...I everyone is immune because it's not fixed, use light imbue..
