Fire, Light - good (you could take fire up to 80 as well, for max damage)
Ice - just to save a little sp you could leave the 1st book of Frost nova at lvl 1 and just max bk2/not take book 3.
Heuksal tree - in order to get book 3 of the bloody fan spear, you have to have book 1 maxed (L12).
Nice solid build for L80.
side note: You'll have to adjust some items for 90 cap, or maybe even drop a tree; the majority of builds for 90 are going to be based around 3 trees instead of 4.
