Attack skill's physical power doesn't make sense.

Strike n Smash
Phys. Attack Power: 13-18 (150%)

Soul Cut Blade
Phys. Attack Power: 31-37 (120%)

By the numbers, it would seem Soul Cut Blade should do more damage. I've tested the two skills extensively and Strike n Smash does more damage. :banghead:

Does anyone know why that's the cause? Test it out for yourselves.. you'll see what I mean. Also, what does the 150% and 120% mean? It can't be cooldown time because Illusion Chain (67%) takes longer to cool down than Soul Cut (120%), but Soul Cut is also faster than Strike n Smash (150%).

lets say you deal 50 base damgae no matter what.

With strike n smash you would get 13-18 points bonus physical damage, meaning you now deal 63-68 damage. Then you deal 150% of that damage as a final modifier. Now you are dealing 94.5-102.

With soul cut blade you are dealing 81-87 damage. Then you deal 120% of that damage as a final modifier. You are actually inflicting 97.2-104.4.

Now lets say we have a higher physical damage weapon, say 100 base damage.

With strike n smash you would get 113-118, 150% of 113-118 = 169.5-177

With Soul Cut Blade you would get 131-137, 120% of 131-137 = 157.2-164.4

So you see a skill with a high percentage modifier is moer useful than one withmore lump damage if you have ahigher physical damage as a base. Hope this helps
