would u get parry?

for those of you who dont know what parry is it pretty much means defence ratio. when u look on yur clothes it says parry ratio 10 for example. all it does is make u take less damg. IT IS IMPLEMENTED IN GAME!!!

Im pretty sure he is kinda seeing who would go for garment's higher parry as opposed to Armors higher armor.. not sure though.
