each has its own area of exceling... anyone can tell you that.

It's all a matter of taste and I will leave it at that, lest this topic become another battleground of the war that is Hybrid versus Pure.

I myself am an avid hybrid suporter and have now created one of my own. Its too young to make judgements yet, but if it combines my Pure Strength expereinces with my Pure Intelligence experiences well enough I may have a new favorite character.

i know they can tank each other, full str and full int depending on weaps but str doing more dmg..? maybe on a crit but i wouldnt see that in a normal attack

i recon hybrid rock with nuke because they can use them loads and have the hp to last while the charging one with mobs on them

Hm, my level 33 character is hybrid INT biased... He can own anyone under level 34 ^_^

Now my level 23 character is pure INT, he's got a few problems (i.e lack of HP, but heuksal took care of that) I'm thiking of giving STR 3 points though.. Other than that he owns :3

Peddy, in regards to throwing the 3 strength points to your pure Int. I'd vote against it based on my experiences. Gotta pick something and run with it, if you try to slide in just a few strength points you'll be cutting his big advantage of damage by a bit for a very small gain to his weaknesses. I think you'd just end up being mad at yourself everytime you hit a mob and it only had a tad bit of health left when it got to you, the little bit the extra Int would have killed off.


all of this of course is IMHO(In My Humble Opinion).

In reguards to the whole nuker/tank/hybrid.

I think Nukes are fun cause of the massive damage

Tanks are awesome to show players some muscle

and Hybrids are great to train

yep i voted for hybrids they pwn because if u kno a enemys weakness u can use it to ur advantage for exammple i am a 2 str 1 int hybrid that uses a blade/shield with garment switching to protector soon, when i fight a nuker my lvl the xtra int defence (garment) and + im 2/5 int which gives me more defence from nukes which lets me get to the nuker and 3 hit him lol or chain him to death, now when i fight a pure str its a bit tricky but i jus usually do 2 range atks ice nuke with lightning nuke mix with ice which will hit him b4 he gets to me n most likely slow/freeze him than i come in n chain his ass n hell be dead frozen after that, but if its a bow str i jus take off my range atks n jus get in n chain him down, so i think that hybrids are the best builds when u kno the weaknesses of all the other builds. but there is 1 pure str build that might be better, a pure str
blade/ice build man these own ultra tank and if u decide to fights with pots this build always wins since they consume WAAaaaay less pots due to ultra fast chains which comes with ice in every atk makin u hit like 5 times b4 they even get there 2nd atk in and even autopills cant heal u as fast a blade chainer ices u like every 2 seconds

But I say a tanker would win eventually. For instance, I have fought someone about 8 lvls above me who's a bow user. He used his most powerful attack on me but I survived with more than half of my hp!! But since I was frozen from that first attack, I died, but the second fight, I did manage to lower his hp to 500 (no frezzing from first move ^_^ ) So, if i was a few lvls higher, I probaly would have won.
