Worth adding Pacheon up to LVL 20?

Hi
currently I'm lvl 29 pure INT
my skills are Bicheon 20, Heuksal 20, Fire 25, Lightning 25
I've been holding back on the weapons skills because I planned on choosing 1 weapon then having the masteries Weapon 80, Fire 80, Lightning 80.
Now I really like Heuksal because it kills fast and I also like the later moves of Bicheon (heaven chain, petal sword dance).
So currently I'm planning on making Bicheon 80, Heuksal 60, Fire 80, Lightning 60.
Then if things go to LVL 90 I'll go Bicheon 90, Fire 90 (I'm assuming I'll be mostly PvPing and trying to kill uniques later on)
The main reasons for adding Heuksal are to kill faster and for the HP bonus. More so for the fast killing and thus faster levelling up.
I'm wondering if it's worth adding the Pacheon passive and white hawk summon up to lvl 20?
I can delevel it if the game goes to LVL 90.
Adding both would increase hit ratio by 26 which is about 20% more than my current hit ratio (with clothes on). Later on I imagine it would be more like 10% which still seems like a decent increase if it means I do more damage.
Thanks

it's not worth it.. i concidered this too.. but the extra AR give you very little especially if you only go till lvl 20. And as a nuker you don't need more dmg.. you need more def/hp so better put the sp in Heuksal passive or cold.
I've talked to high lvl's who did this skill and got it way past lvl 20 and it ain't worth it. And after when i think about it.. it's stupid.. lvling a entire tree for one skill.

Unless you have plans on hanging up the game before reaching lvl 70, I think it is worth lvling any skill to lvl 20 just to try it out. It is a very small sp investment, and you can delevel it later when it is no longer useful.
Before the lvl cap was raised, I was playing a lvl 70 pure str archer. I got my bicheon up to lvl 32 just to horse around, deleveled it later when I needed room for my serious skills.
Had another char that I duel weaponed (pure str blader). Leveling was still faster with a bow than a blade at lvl 25, so I kept his bow skills for a while.
Its your call. If you hate sp farming then never add skills you know you may delevel later, otherwise, sky's the limit! After playing this game for over a year, sp farming is just part of the game, it really is painless if you are with some buddies.

You would naturally assume he would also get the bow skill that give u that glowy thing... the lvl 19 skill.
dam its been a long time since ive played this game so i barley remember the names of the skills.

I leveled pacheon just to get the bird. It's not even useful to me, I just wanted it for fun. I'll probably delevel it before I run out of masteries but right now I'm enjoying it. I don't really notice the extra damage, I just like the bird.
It's not stupid if you're having fun, it's only a game and I feel it's better to enjoy it now than spend all your time making preparation to enjoy it 6 months down the road.

ok let me correct my statement..
it ain't stupid.. cause you can have fun with it.. but it's useless.. that's the right word.. and to awnser your question more exact.. it's not worth it.

That I agree with.
Go big if you go for buffs, a small buff does help in the very slightest but not so much that you would really notice a difference, one level of it doesn't cut it if you want actual use from it. I found this out the hard way, I thought getting the ice passive would help my defense, but one level of it just isn't enough to make it worthwhile. I couldn't even perceive an increase in my defense, same with the bird (and attack rating).

Anyone know how the calculations work for AR? Like what's the formula to make the nuke hit on the higher end of the damage range?
Also, AR on your weapon can be improved by alchemy, so getting lvl 20 bow passive + bird will only get you AR +26. Even at my lvl 35 sword, by some good luck, I was able to alchemy it from AR 83 to AR 100. It sounds like the +26 AR might be irrelevant at higher lvl.
