I already have a lvl 43 hybrid sword and shield that wears protector.
Magic balance clean 90%
Mastery bichoen, lightning, fire

Wich of those build would you choose and wich build do you think will be stronger in the end??

Wich of char would be bether in pve or pvp

First, when u say stronger is it PVP or PVE
For PVP - Garment is never recommended for Int based characters..

Cause with my lvl 43 hybrid i can kill all builds till lvl 45

Well, I would probably go for a little bit of str if you want to survive. But heck, who cares . I'm building a pure int now...just for fun. Great damage
