bow skills

I am a 28 lvl bow user and now i can only damage 250 with imbue on earth ghost. And i am using a +3 sos. Compare to other builds is bow build the weakest?

Just a newbie asking ^^

there is tons of discussions about this. the outcome is
mostly the same; ppl say their build is the best, others
say it rocks only due to the good equips the person got
on him.
equips>build. a stong hybrid with crappy equip is mostly
weaker than a weak hybrid with full sos set. besides that
it also depends on skill; how farmed are you and how
well can you control your character.

Well i am a pure str. Currently got 6k of sp and 5 gap. Plan to do that till 52 hopefully.... I see glaive users do 1k dmg near my lvl and i just can wipe out 400-500 most around 800+ on crits...kinda suck losing to them when killing giants

Yes bow have a lower physical atk power value on the weapon and skills that yeilds a lower dmg on mobs compared to glaives. Now to avoid some flaming I'll say this is with normal gears and a normal str based build.

But that doens't mean 100% bow is weaker. Bow have range, and it depends on you how to take advantage of the range
