my friend is a pure int blader , and see wants to know wat blader skills he should add can anyone help me . so i can help him out. i am a pacheon so i dont know wat skills i should tell him to add. i only need the blader skills dont need any force

...he's a pure int blader? i'd switch to sword and get nukes,Kd,stab,and castle shield

I might clear up that blades are for Str users as they have a higher phy. dmg & reinforce (which basically mean, you do higher damage with phy attacks/skillz) and swords are for Int users and they should best be used with nukes.

A couple of questions on the blader one (the str):
1. why dont you upgrade the 2nd book of the castle shield? as i see it, book 2 is the most usefull against ints, since 1 and 3 only add phys defence. besides, book 2 is better for group fights, since its more all-round.
2. i know that some people value strike'n'smash, but why exactly do you bring it to 1 skill of book 2 (not further or less)? I never brought it past book 1, so i'm really interested in the arguments behind this.

I got some Q's too, becuase im training a pure INT now, and the Q is:
I can actually buy the first 2 blade skills (both lvl 1) so I can hit harder
(alot of guides say that u don't need to buy these skills)

I used them at lower lvls because I didn't have nukes, then got rid of them.

1) b/cus after extensive testing of maxed book 2, (we) as the blader (shield weilding) community see no difference in the 15s it is activated

2)strike n smash is optional, but having it makes a blader's life easier, so max it, get book 3 max, it's good to connect chains in pve, it's only a little more sp out of the 80+k u have to get for a pure str blader's weapon tree...

Hmm, ok, thanx for answers.
Well, as to the 2nd book of castle shield: may be a coincidence, but i blocked every 4th or so attack most of the times i used it (17 br shield). So i'm going to max this book, and see what happens myself. Since the 32% increase is based on current br of shield, it may work great with good shield.
