Did I screw up?

So, I'm lvl 26 and I'm putting my skills in lightning, fire and heuksal. Not pure INT (83%) and if I have spare SP after those, I'll put them to ice.. Should I start over or is this OK?

Let me see if this is correct your a hybrid int spear right?
ok so if you are a hybrid int spear your doing pretty good Although I'd just stick with fire/light and only up ice after you've sp farmed alot
