can someone please fill me in on these? Like do they work like the quest ones, or what?

yea the item mall ones. See i was thinking of making a blader, but they lvl way to slow, so i was thinking of going bow, then switching back after im done farming at lvl 64. But thats gonna be a heck of alot of scrolls

i think i lost like 40+k sp to curse hearting, & a ton of time

this means i could get my bicheon level back to level 0 from level 11? how much is this and where can i get it

If your under level 16 just start over. I'd be faster and you'd be more familiar with what your doing.

It's expensive to delevel w/ curse heart....

im deleveling force from 49-->0....
it seems to be about 100K per heart...meaning about.......10M for me to delevel. The scrolls help.

You can alternatively just go dual wield the netire way which many people are doing....

keep bow since it levels hell-fast comapred to balde....

and just use blade for pvp/war/etc.

blade is better at the moment (actually all builds unless u have sosun are better than) compared to bow.
