STR Glaive, Fire or Lightning imbue??

I know the benefits to both BUT i was wondering what others think?? Fire is for total overall damage BUT doesnt lightning lower the parry which in turn helps you do more damage?as well as transfers stun, etc...?

im using Fire now, so I know what you mean lol. Im only asking because I heard from other glaivers that they use lightning.

the answer is pretty simple. good pvp players are immune to fire, ice and lightning in higher lvls, eg they cannot be burnt, frozen or getting their parry reduced. what remains in the end? the damage. i think, it's pretty obvious what imbue to choose.

Another fire glavier, how exciting.
How many people here actually had fire and lightning imbue and can tell the difference in damage when the target is immune to both?
Lightning does not transfer stun. Stun can hit multiple targets with any imbue.
