Hi pplz,
Im gonna hit 42 and have 9 lvl gap .. i wanna farm a hella lot of SP ..lets say atleast 200K ...
watz te best to farm on ? choose the poll..
and why?
How many days it may take to hit 200K ??

Well im a INT based character wit Spear .. btw .. its not an SOS weapon :cry:

I have read a hella lot of posts.. but wanna know true opinions from all.... who has done farming... one more thing, i dont wanna farm again.. so i need atleast 200K now

I think the ravine is the best place, if you can ignore all of the people there.

It's gonna take at least a month to hit 200k SP. Get a GT and a monkey and farm in the ravine for the wonderful element drops

Dude... without a sos weapon, hes gonna take ALOT longer than 1 month for 200k

Lets say your an average user, with around 4 hours per day. Now lets assume u will get 300 sp per hour. 7 x 4 = 28. 28 x 300 = 8400 per week. 200,000/ 8400 = 24 weeks * rounded up*. which then = 6 months. Now 300 is my estimate of his rate, as that seems like an average amount for someone sp farming without great gear. Now if u want a justification for my figures read below.

I was reading a guy in "Market Place" (a while ago btw) selling an sosun spear. he said he farmed from 42 - 47 with it, pure intl, and he said without a GT he was getting 450 sp per hour * average* and 900 sp with GT *average* . So theres the justification for my 300 p/h figure. So thats * hopefully* a rough estimate for the time for you.

As for the location, grind on w/e u can 1 shot

it also depends on the personal mobbing skills of the user. People can do much more then 300 SP an hour, even without SoS weapon.

200k is almost impossible to to even if u bot 24/7 at lvl 80. trust me.

my guess is that the topicstarter is not that hardcore either.

i've seen skilled people who play 16 hours a day. I know the guy in real. In two weeks he made 85k SP at 42 in the ravine, with +5 weapon, and pretty weak gear. He would buy item mall pots, and repair hammers, and spend all of the time grinding. He was beginning to act a little abnormal, that is.... :roll:

I referred to a month as the least possible time for that sum of skill points, not the usual time it takes to do it.
People spend months at a time farming *sigh*

with a GT at bandit den with an SOS+7 bow and full STR and int and str in my gears i made about 3k sp in 3 hrs.

but we're talking about someone without an SOS.

look for some place with high spawn rate which you can nuke 1 time and kill.

dead ravine red eye ghost IMO has the best drops.

if you farm there for a couple of weeks you can upgrade to an SOS 42+5 with just the element drops.

forgot to add dont even try the bunwangs. there are always botters killing those things.

use the SP calculator?

Highest spawn rate = Dead Ravine
But the speed of killing is also a very important aspect of farming, so you must get a SOM weapon at least.

Im not a hardcore grinder.. dont find time to stay on the game for long.. anywayz i tink dead ravine gonna b my place for hunting for te next whole month

He was getting less sp because he had 5 gap not 9.

I'm sure with 9 gap he would make average 400-450 sp/hour.

Regardless of that, without GT and SoX for 200k you'll need at least 2 months, remember, at least. It'll depend how fast you grind.

And yes, Dead Ravine may be your best choice, Maongs would be good, but not so high spawn rate and annoying to click on them, so take DR.
