Jobs?

Hi, can someone just briefly explain what each job does and say what they think about it? I'm really low level and I'm not really sure what each job really does. I'm thinking of becoming thief cause of the black clothes thing, looks cool.
There's also the question of wut trees to get. I'm currently using Fire, Lightning, and Heuskal, and i'm not planning on getting anything else. I've heard from another guide that depending on your job, you should get some skills, so what you think.

Hunter: Protects the trader from thief spawns/real player thiefs. Can be killed by job: Thief; at any time.
Trader: Does a trade run and can be from 1* - 5*, with a 1* Trade, you can't be killed by player thiefs. Only if they let their NPC thiefs spawn on you and they eventually kill you. 2* and up you can be attacked by any player thief. Can be killed by thiefs only.
Thief: Can rob traders with a trade higher then 1*, can be killed by traders without a transport (So they don't have 2* or higher). And by hunters, any time.
About your skills, i need to know what your build is first, let me know

you need to be a thief, and the rule is that thiefs attack hunters first(npc thiefs)then they attack traders and then traders
so if you are a thief ,and npc thiefs spawn they will attack the trader/traders horse if you're close enough.it's called popping and a way high lvl thief(with loots coz no loot=no npc thiefs)kill/rob traders
it wont do much if you're low lvl though, coz he can then probably handle you're thiefs

They are spawned either by traders or by thieves who are outside of town and have goods/loot in their caravan.
