how long would it take me to go from 40-45 with a golditcket if i play 2 hours a day?(probably with a 9 gap)

My parents just got from lvl 40-45 with a 4 week gold ticket with a 9 point gap and it only lasted a week

no use going 9 gap from 1-40
once you get to 80, with a zero gap from there you will have tons of sp left over. I would suggest doing a 9 gap from 1-32, then 0 gap from there. You will still have plenty of sp.
