Hybrid int questions ( again :p )

Im lvl 31 , currently hybrid int sword.
But , i dont know how do go along with my stats.
Should i keep doing int 2:1 str like i did my last 30 levels.
Or do Kitarry's build , that means to put 30 points in str and all the rest in int.
And 1 more thing , i almost have my nukes , should i keep protector or buy garment ? remember , im int 2:1 str
