Would it be feasible to make a pure int with just fire nukes and leave lightning mastery at 54 for 15% piercing and speed buff? I'd maybe get the first book of lion shout to aggro stuff, but all my damage would come from the two fire nukes. This would be a spear nuker, btw.

I love my lightning nuke for the splash damage. I think it's worth maxing it.

Well, I'm trying to spare myself as much farming as possible. Are the cooldown times on the fire nukes small enough to allow me to keep using one right after the other?

i use just fire and i get by fine xD book 2 and book 3 and i dont need to use lightning ^^

no the cool dont wont let u use it continuesly, for 2nd and 3rd book atleast. Hve to tip in like a lion shout

Lightning bolt, book 2 (you get it at lvl50) is pretty good. If you got SP --> Get it!

Light nukes are really handy when your getting mobed by 10+ lvl 20 monsters fire a light nuke a BOOOM!!!!!!! their all dead

Lightning nuke only hits 3 monsters. Fire nuke book 3 hits 5.

Lightning nuke is useful, but not necessary. You can always use the 2 fire nukes+3 shouts...maybe even ghost spear mars.

if u really dont want to farm the sp. then dont.

although its worth it.

Well, I think I'm going to level up the first fire book to be my third nuke. That way I can keep lightning mastery fairly low. Lol, this is finally a build I might actually complete. I only need to farm 40k sp.

well i think you should add lightning nuke cause the splash will help to attck many at the same time and it does help in pvp for if 2 poeple are attcking at least u splash them both

if u got weapon skills, u dun really need so many nukes ... and in this case, dun need light nuke, maxed fire book 2 and 3 are good enuff with weapon skills to fill in between the nuke's cooldown. when mobbed, most mobs are at melee range, so fire book 2 works well in this situation.

IMHO, light nukes are the best allround nukes, due to their transfers. Fire bk2 does more damage, but does not transfer.

I am lvl 37 hybrid int spear. I have lvl 37 lightning and level 30 fire.

I have level 4 lightning nuke and the first 2 books of the lion shout series.
I use fire and light, with fire as my main embue.

If you want to be able to kill several mobs at once (I fire nuke a mob the lightning nuke another and they both die) then get the light nuke even if you leave it at level 1

Look at this for the fabulous nuker mobbing abilities. It requires a lot of sp, but it shouldnt be a problem if you're farming all your sp in the cave or something similar.

Yea, I would get lightning nuke and farm the extra sp

they sorta are cause tehy are the second strongest belive me they will help you in cmbat

actually if you look at the lightning nuke, its more powerful than the fire nuke

considering youre lvl 30 and theyre 20, of course theyre dead.

lightning nukes; master all book if u got extra SP.. nuker need to farm alot of SP, kinda waste the FUN of a nuker without farming..

You'll need light nuke...unless you like getting raped by regular mobs while fighting giants. It's worth the extra SP so Max it haha

Im almost pure int lvl 37.
And i use Fire Nuke + Lightning nuke
It goes as a dream!
You should really get em both

yes, comes in very handy when you're figting giants, & 2nd & 3rd book fire just doesn't cooldown fast enough
