1:2 / 1:1 sword

Ok.

Currently im having my lvl 40 hybrid int (6vlsSTR) and I like it.
But somehow I just cant stand playing after my GT is done. So currently one of my best friends is enjoying the char and Im starting a new char, wich is gonna be hybrid fcourse.

At first: for those complaining 'get fire man' 'fire much more dmg' yeah I know that. But i prefer seeing my lvl 52 sword/shield then a dam 16sos bow.
Im going light and one weapontree straight to 52, then probable gonna farm as much as I can stand.

Now my question is: Which do you prefer. As a 1;2 build many prefer Spear.
The damage will be much lower then a spear 1;2, not to think about the diff with a nuker.

So my goal isnt really to be a nuker, more like a semi-nuker/semi-weapon skills.

In that case, do you think its better for me to go 1;1? And if not, why should i go 1;2?

1:2 spear OR 85% Mag balance ss

A 1:1 will be closer to a str hybrid than an int hybrid, as in Phy balance is higher. A 1:1 will not deal sufficient damage, nor will it have sufficient HP at the cap. A 1:2 with a spear will deal a decent amount of damage, and have a fair amount of HP. Alternatively, you could make your Mag balance 85% and use a sword+shield. You HP will be lower if you choose to go along the 85% balance route, but you'll have a shield and some pwnage damage.

whats the balance for a 1:2 spear?

naked i mean, im too lazy to figure it out.

i dont want Spear, thanks although.

But, people say 1:2 spear > pure int spear.
does that mean that 1:2 sword > pure int sword ?

i also want to know whether 1:2 is good for int sword hybrid...since now i am lowering it to 1:3 to make nuke better. Any high level 1:2 sword or capped player?
