soul cut blade or lion shout???

If you only want 1, soul cut blade, costs like 40mp while lion shout costs about 150. (the damage is about the same).

they say that soul cut blade buffed > lionshout buffed. I would just take both

You cant count on your imbue lasting long enough all the time. In addition, you can use the nuke-lionshout combination in pvp to take out some opponents.

soul cut level 1 does the job well enough for me. saves me tonnes of mp usage compared to shout.

shout is faster than soul cut and when maxed, the dmg is better. not to mention the AoE dmg. good for giants/champs and when ganged. effective for some in pvp if it suits their style.

The shout is AoE (light nuke + shout = up to 3 mobs dead). So take lionshout.

tried both, id say lionshout its much quicker u can probly chain all 3 books int the same time u can do devil cut

Well, chaining all three books of the shout takes 3 seconds. 3'rd book blade force takes around 2 seconds to cast. And three chained shouts give almost as much damage as a nuke. So lionshout all the way.

as pure int u definately take lion shout, cuz u will do more damage than with cut blade. but if u are int hybrid, u better take cut blade for more damage. ich tried that. even if u dont try it, the thought is pretty simple. the nuke of an int hybrid is pretty ridiculous, but not so its weapon skills.

im an int hybrid lvl 38 and my lion shout lvl 1, yes level ONE, does 680 damage on a lvl 38ish black robber.

i mean if its that good at lvl 1 why not take it.

by the way my weapon attacks are about as equal damage as my nukes, my nukes are all lvl 1 though cuz i dont really use them, only for hardcore grinding.

3hrs gold tag with about 1,000 pots is godly with nukes cuz durability doesnt decrease

since ur pure int, id take shout,

it does cost lot of mp but its faster compared to soul cut balade and use it between nukes. bk2 and 3 r definetly worth it in both pve and pvp. its AoE in Pve so u can take on multiple mobs, in PvP its pretty good damge to put between ur nukes and other moves

as an experienced bicheon player. i would pretty much say that soul cut does more damage in str and int characters. :]
Lion shout may be a great finisher at lower levels, but as you advance, mobs get more hp so you need soul cut which does a bit more damage.
