I got a question which of the fire archers are best to use for pvp and pve the full INT or full STR archers??

full str is better for pvp and full int for pve . Opinions may differ but I think this is the truth or atleast dang close to it

is a 2 strenght 1 int a lvl also a good build or just a messed up build?
