wait wait wait...youre lv32 and havent tried alchemy yet...that doesnt equate. Did you raise your character in a box??? i could understand lv10...but lv32...cmon...
anyways. dequip the weapon, hit "A" and right click "alchemy." that will bring you to the alchemy screen. put the weapon in the first square, the weapon elixir in the second square, and the lucky powder in the 3rd square. then hit fuse. if your luck is good, youll have a +1. just remember that the higher the + the greater the chance of the alchemy failing, and the weapon being reset, or even worst case scenario, breaking.
Good luck, and sorry about the thrashing at the beginning

Also make sure your lucky powders match up with the degree of the item you plan on intensifying. If you're using a fourth degree spear, buy a fourth degree lucky powder to use.
Also be very careful during lag. Make sure you go slowly while using alchemy. One time I was going fast and I was lagging bad. I was at +2 and I put in my other elixir and
tried putting in my lucky powder and hit fuse. But because of the lag it didn't register me putting in the lucky powder, and I fused it without the powder.
back to +0

realistically you know it would have been back to +0 anyways

that happens way too often getting to +3. +1 is almost always a lock, +2 doable, but +3 fails alot, at least for me.

Oasis is still being checked... When its up I'm whilling to waste all my money on elixirs :p at least 3.. so i'll have 8.. My goal is +4 but I'm sure it will fail at least 4326528976 times before I even get to +3.

Final result... +2 after 4 elixirs... I rather not use the rest. I'm scared >.>

just think about it this way. by the rules of probability, the more you fail, the better your chances become of succeeding the next time.
Example:
Alchemy+1 93%(Success)
Alchemy+2 56%(Fail once, the ratio goes up to 90%)
Alchemy+3 23%(fail once, your chances of getting it are 50%)
does this help?

that makes sense in theory, but that's assuming it doesn't reset the probabilities each time, which i eblieve it does. i ahve pretty amazing luck w/ alchemy (so much so that some of my guildmates have me enchant all their gear for them). last night i was trying to +3 my new lvl52 int+2 str+1 gloves. i got them to +2, then failed. it happens. then i got it to +1 again, but FAILED on +2. if you had steady on your gear and you failed going to +3 and it was able to STAY at +2, then your theory would work. but if it resets to zero, it's almost as if you NEVER tried for +3 the first time, follow me? it erases any record of your having attempted to enchant. not sure if i'm making sense.
