A random question

I just wanted to ask whether the % damage increase for heuksai increases all damage done while holding a spear, or just from spear moves. I'm leaning towards "just spear moves" but i'm not sure either way. Thank you for any help in advance. And if its been brought up before I apologise, but it was a rather awkward question to phrase into a search engine.

ah, thanks a lot, now I can delevel it without fear it'll take damage away from nukes. thanks again.
