which skills for hybrid nuke or heuk also need pure str help

oi so my hybrid 1:2 is almost 52 and i want to start pvping and job warring more often now
so i just wanted to know if its better for hybrids to use nuke in battles or heuk skills. if heuk skills which skills are best to use
also my friend has a glavie str lvl 42 and wants to know if its wise to have fire, ice, light, and heuk skills. By this he means if its good to have them all high lvl such as 50 and up or is it better to get rid of one
