Help me with character build!! plzz! noob question again :'(

Please help me again! Im stuck at this point, that i don't know what my character build is 
What i have done is:
Mastery in "hekusal" is 24 and in "fire" si 21-24 dont really know!
My str is: 78 My int is: 85
Plzz i need to know what my build is!
And as i lvl my hekusal i use glavie
