Strong Arrow Vs. Berserker

Can anyone tell me which one is better and why? I'm not too sure of which one to pick and I've been told I only want to get one of the two.

Max berzerker arrow and take one level Strong arrow. They are both kinda good. Strong makes more dmg, but it is so damn slow. And berzerker has area effect
. Use strong bow as first shot and then devil arrow, multishot and berzerker arrow.

Strong at lower lvls, bezerk at lvl 68.
bezerk has lower cast time.

I was using strong bow + imbue as the primary hit, specially on passive mobs.

berzerker is stronger at higher lvl + less "charge time", so stick with berzeker i think

I max them both, cause I love the damage strong bow does. In pvp it isnt useless, you just have to know for sure they dont see you charging up ^^. But since I am staning more then half the screen away most of the time, they dont think I am shooting towards them until it flies.
In pvp depending on the build of the other:
strong bow, anti devil, combo.
anti devil, combo
anti devil, berserk, anti devil, combo.
Or whatever you like ^^
