immortal doesnt disappear unless you try to +5 it.
imortal means the item will not disappear if you fail a +5 and up.
also you have to make sure how much immortal an item have like (1immortal/1immortal) means if u do it once and fails the immortal diesappears and u hve to add immortal again if you want to +5 and up a weapon, get immortal stone by item mall.
Luck on other hand can only gained when a droped item already has it or a stone by breakin items (in my experience). Luck means it will gurantee a higher chance of success. also have to pay attention to the (1luck/1luck thing). and even with luck on it you dont kno when the luck actually kicks in...you wil kno when the luck disappears and u get a success. if you success or fail the luck still there mean the luck did not kick in.
also addin immorta/luck stones on a item is a 100% success....but to use it and kickin in is diff story
