how is my character

ok i started out kinda bad as i was new and put stats into both int and str so i guess im a hybrid in a way, but that at low lvl.
now i am:
lvl 22 full int sword and shield
i use lightning as my imbue
my highest mastery is 14 as i am farming
my phys balace is 67%
my mag. balance is 82%

Thats not a build, what you listed there are stats. Build lets people know what skills you plan to get
are you getting sword skills? or u going nukes? you didn't even tell us

im doing a combination beens that theres really only 3 main nukes

so you plan to nuke, nuke and nuke some more when you come into a PvP situation?
Hydralisk is pretty good w/o any s+s skills in pvp
try KD nuker if you want

full int should have more mag than that.

im using bicheon
and about the full int, i put point sinto str when i was still fighting manyangs
so its a crappy hybrid

no dude i know that int hybrids are good, but i didnt (or i dont think) i did mine right i was puttin mayeb 3 points into str then lvl up and put em into int then at about lvl 8 i started going all int.
i guess my build is alright, it has more hp than most nukers my lvl.
finally i do plan on using nukes and bicheon, i just wan to be an all around good character. btw its my first one
lastly can someone just read the og post and ignore any of my stupidity adn just tell me how my build is
