How should i farm?

Well, i have a farming dilemma
Im currently lvl 48 and am farming on penon fighters with a 9 gap.
It takes me about 2 - 4 hits to kill one, while it does 2 hits on me.
I get 325 sp per kill from them.
Im wondering if i should try and farm at different monsters,
lyk bunwhangs, where i can kill them in 1-2 hits, and i also use almost no hp pots while fighting them.
I get around 180 sp from
Also keep in mind, that penons have an excellent respawn rate, and can attack them constantly without having to search for another one....unlike bunwhangs.
I also use much more pots, when killing penons.
Also, im wondering if i should farm at lvl 49, so that i can get all of my passive skills.
And if i should just lvl with a 9 gap? or stay 48?
Or if i should get to lvl 52, where i get my new weapon, which i heard that for every new weapon, it gets much stronger than a degree below.
