help with build?

i am making a full int light spear and i need help on deciding what my secondary force will be. i am thinking about using cold but i can't decide on a skill. i have force at level 17 but i'm leaving it at that?
is cold a good choice or should i pick fire?
btw, i'm planning on becoming a nuker

from what ive heard, cold is a bad nuker, and fire is the best

^ nukes do so much damage that it really doesnt matter that much.. and the high level cold nuke does massive AOE..
Fire for more dmg
Cold for more defense
Force if you wnat people to love you
=)

if i go fire..
should i reset my lightening imbue from 7 to 0?
and should i bring down level 17 force?
i think fire imbue > lightening imbue so i wouldn't see a use for lightening imbue. ;\
