Im gonna make a char for pacific.
Maybe a hybrid int spear , int 2: 1 str
But , will this build be good ?

And do i need to use more nukes or more weapon skills ?
( plzz help me with the 1st fire nuke , should i max it ? )

Get fan spear series.

You don't have to max first book of fire nuke, it's a waste of sp imo. You can max it at end game if you're fully farmed, but trying to max it while you leve is a complete waste. Your other books will do much more.
Spear throw will do much more damage than a lion shout for hybrids... Just letting you know. It is still good to have lion shout though to finish off some stuff faster than an unskilled attack or spear throw takes.
