Int+Ice+Bow...blur blur...

okie i hav run thru alot of suggestion and post in this forum. I'm new here and i doing a int ice bow. Coz i heard it is fun. I putting pure int into this and now i jus a lv 13 ez die in this game coz lag problem.

Here my skill build. I hav 2 skill up which is pecheo (sumthing like that) and ice (force). Both of my skill r as my lv which is 13. I know that i hav sumthing wrong with so i try save SP now. Ok i get to the main point. About ice skill, i hav oledi max my imbue which i can, izzit ok? And about the 2nd ice skill....izzit worthless to up it? Bow mastery part, which skill do i hav to add or jus leave it?

*ok pls dun flame me...i hav a headache after i run thru 4 hours of forum and till i can make it clear about skill, hope sum1 help me. Peace*
