Pure STR/Ice/Archer in PvE

Hello there.

Okay the problem is, that I suck at deciding and making my own build. I can't decide which skills to use and how many points to invest in each skill. Maybe someone can tell me how many points and which skills should a pure STR/Ice/Archer in PvE use or atleast tell me what do you know, which skills are used by this build?

EDIT: I believe ice mastery is better than fire in PvE, am I right?

Ice is good for slowing down monsters....thus it prevents you from getting hit by any monsters around your level (One's with a white name). But it lacks the damage that the fire masteries possess...I hear that you level faster with fire.

I'm not sure since I'm a hybrid int.
My pure str archers only at lvl 13 xD

Am I suppose to use the Ice Mastery only for the effect, not for the damage? I mean that I suppose to invest 90% of my skills into Pacheon Mastery and only like 1-2 points in Ice Mastery for the freezing effect?

buildguide this one is for BOW STR/ICE or FIRE it helped me sorting things out

if you're pure STR, focus more on weap skills.. the ice is really just for imbue and buffs.
