yeah the second one looks better...
i'll give you some explaining with that build.

the common things you need to keep in mind with a full int build (asume that's what you are making)

get the skils that give you:

-more mag dmg!! <- this is your main goal... upgrade these first
-more mag def
-mor phys def

so no need to add a skill that increases phy dmg
or to get all 3 imbue cause you won't be able to use more than one at a time.. so choose the strongest fire

ow and get all the passive (on the tree's you are lvl'ing)
