Chain Spear?

Are the Chain Spear moves for Heuksal Mastery worth the SP? Are they good for PVP or just PVM? I would like to hear this from someone who has a spear/glavier ( im a pure str glavier) becuase they know more about it then a bowmen would.( or other stuff)
