Full Str Blade, Glaive or Bow? What do you recommend? I'm level 14, trying to level up, will probably buy a npc lvl16 bow and go to bandit archers when I'm lvl 16, *sigh* What weapon mastery would you guys recommend, PvP would be nice but I haven't ever tried. It would be nice to make this a solid char who can defend for him self and get his items/cash in pve. Damn, already depressed :_(

i use blade, and i use blade with armour, and it rules, because you ahve a huge defence and like that you can be a very good 1-1 Hybrid... but think in jobs too
if you want to be a thief, the best ones are the glave or the bow, because you need long range attacks or simultaneus attacks... if u want to be hunter, its better the blade, if u want to be merchant, you can choose all of them... but if u know how to use a blade well, you can use it too being a thief.

If you have patience, go with blade. Blades have high survivability and the knockdown skills are exceptionally good. in this case, fire is mandatory. I think full Str glavie is indeed very good. Glavies have stuns and knockbacks. The stun is almost as good as a KD, but the chances of stunning are smallter then those of Knock down. If you wanna go Bow, go ahead with full Str. People have been talking about the so-called "poweful" 70:70 bow. Dont even think about something like that. I've built one and it's crap. Both full str fire and ice bow works. For later levels i recommend fire because people are getting ice immune. As for the equipment, garment for every one of the builds. You are full Str and have little mana. Garms cut down Mp usage, and they are just right for you. Hope that helps.
Pure STR Glavie For Incredible Damage , High Hp and Stuns , Can take on multiple mobs at once: CONS : No Shield
Pure STR Blade Agility - Knockdowns - Blockes -Stabs -High Defense especially with ice
Cons : Lowest Damage compared to the other STR Builds
Hard to Level and SP Farm you need about 110-120k of SP for the Bicheon Series
Pure STR Bow - High Attack Rating - Advantage in Far range attacks ( Ice may be a heavy burden ) Great for PVE
Cons : Loses Durability easily

blade and bow
If you're going to do a blade guild I recommend you use bow for lvl up then later on get blade. Since bow is very fast at killing mobs.
Thanks for all the replies guys, your very helpful, farming is a be-ach!
Managed to get a +3LVL16SOS Bow, so it's much easier to farm now. I'm just finding it hard to choose which class to go for between Glaive and Blade.
So I'm guessing that Blade is better for PvP and Glaive is better for PvE but Glaive can handle itself in PvP because of it's great dam. If your a Blader do you struggle in PvE? I'm thinking in the long run most characters will end up just wanting to PvP once they have everything they could ever want in the game and that would be the reason to choose a Blader but their would be a problem if it was hard to hunt to get all the items a Blader would need which makes a Glaiver a better choice. :/
If anyone could advise on what skills a Blader needs to have maxed that would be great, the guide I've seen doesn't really help me! :_(
How much SP would I be looking to farm at level 16 for a Glaiver / Blader?
Once again, thanks for all your responses, it's been a pleasure to read them! It looks like I'm going to be forced to buy a GT once the depression kicks in, 2878SP and going up!

Bladers level slooow, and takes a lot of SP to make good.
- But when u get to 45 in bicheon you actually have enough AOE skills to take on many mobs at the same time.
1. - Use the Sword Dance Series to agro mobs.
2. - When they get close use the knockdown nr. 2.
3. - If you are lucky 2 of them will be knocked down which gives you a chance to stab them both.
- Anyways.. im a fire blader myself and i can truly say that its worth the wait
. Blader pWn in PVP, and the PVE gets better at LV 45 bicheon or so.
GO FOR IT!
