I have a hybrid im making swords, fire, force...Should I get mastery in heuskal just for the passive skill or no? and if so what lvl should I lvl the mastery and passive to?

in the grand scheme of things, an extra 100-200 hp isn't gonna save your life. save your SP and put it into something more useful, IMHO.

I agree. The first heuskal passive isn't going to help you much, and investing for the second and up will just be too many skill points and total masteries which could be used for other things.
