Can I close the gap from 7-16?

hey it me, yet again another question, can i close my lvl 9 gap 7-16 with 2k sp to hold me untill lvl 24?
i just really want to enjoy the game right now

ya it'll support 3 trees till lvl 24. plus u get 1k sp when u get from 16 to 24 with 0 gap
