Looks fine. The biggest place where you could improve is with your weapon, I think. Someone in my guild has a level 21 (+3) bow they might be willing to sell you, if you're interested.

Don't get Flame Wave. It looks like you're Pure Str, and flame wave will only do like 200ish damage if you're Str.

My full STR archer is also lvl 20 but has more HP...the MP is the same (think you have the force increase of mp too?) Why is it not the same?

You probably have equipment that adds to your STR.
