I reacently started sp-farming and I was wondering are wolves good for sp farming cuz I could kill some mobs myself and let my wolf kill the other ones, so I'd get double sxp but is it a a good idea?
Secondly do you pick up your loot? Do you take all the coins and stuff? Cuz it takes a lot of time to pick all that up and I'd rather just kill mobs but I just wanted to ask what do you think is better (cuz if I'd pick up all the coins I'd make some nice money).
And the third question would be that do you regen your mp/hp by sitting down or do you eat/drink a lot of pottions ?
Two things to consider. How much money you want, and how fast you want to farm your SP.
Well to answer your firs question first, it depends. Get your wolf to the same level you are first. If you use your wolf to fight the same monster as you, you can kill each monster faster. However, I haven't really been able to test which is faster, to attack with your wolf, or separate from your wolf. You will probably have to test that on your own, but be prepared to buy the health pills for your dog.
Second, personally I pick up everything that I get from monsters. I feel that's one of the ways I have gotten rich (sort of). It may slow you down in your SP making, but in the long run I think it's worth it if you don't already have a lot of money.
Third, you may save a bit of money from sitting, but it's so much slower to farm. I really do not suggest sitting. (Pick up your gold from monsters and use it to pay for pots--a win win situation.)
