I would still use fire imbue instead of ice. More damage and you don't need chains to freeze them, thats what nova force is for.

ice nuker, is what i originally wanted to make because of effect/the cool 50 nuke, but honestly its a shitty build

bad build.
- like other said..ice = lowest dmg and cant freeze immued ppl
- if you are lookin for a int build then u should be using sword
- IMO there is no point of lvling 3 mastery to 80 because all skills max @ 69. 1 main tree for 80 is enough and leave the other mastery for something else specially soounds like u are a sword/sheild (build 1)
- i dont really understand build 2...
i think reading a few more guides would help u better
