Need help with Pure int sword user.

I currently have a lvl 14 pure int sword user and around 390sp.
i have 7 bicheon 7 fire 7 lightning and 7 force
can somebody tell me the approx amount of sp ill need and should i lvl any of the first 2 or 3 books in bicheon.
And tell when i should start to sp farm.
any help appreciated.
