Help me please!

I really like archers but i heard they are useless in pvp, is it true???? Is it hard to be a thief being an archer??? I like archers but I also like pvp and thieving. And what element would be better for a thief archer, ice or fire?

if a character build will be good in pvp is not only up to the build, its up to the player as well.
you cant win a match if you dont really try to. develop techniques of your own suited for the oponent youre facing. gear has also a lot to say.
as for the build itself, I cant say I have any experience other then pvp'ing against it. maybe I just havent met a good archer yet, but I cant say I'm impressed of the archer build in pvp.

im a pure str archer lv 32 with an 8lv gap, in pvp i rarely lose to people close to my lv to the simple fact that i have so much health..
and maybe it could be due to the fact that i freeze them i dunno

whoever said archers are useless is....erm...not verysmart
archer with higher crit weapon is deadly.
their crit owns u before u even get close to them
