Pure INT spear vs Heavy INT hybrid spear

Well, First of all: HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Now lets get to the point:
What do you think is the most accurate build to combine both PvE and PvP?
Till lvl 70 Ill be PURE INT, but As I know its hard to survive for Pure int spear in PvP, i was thinking about being Heavy INT based spear (from lvl 70 to 80 adding STR).

Well Id like to get some feedback, as im lvl 68 in one hour and I can start farming at lvl 69

if you put str form lvl 70 - 80 ull end up with 86% magical balence when naked .. i think thats a very good hybrid build because you have some hp to tank and still have the dmg to kill ppl
