Best balance for spear int hybrid at lvl 80/90 cap?

stay pure INT till lvl 60 then start adding STR adding onward and keep 93%+
well i prefer 98% naked or pure ^^

Also, a cleric char in euro can kill a pure int very easily. I forget the name of the skill, but it does instant damage like 4k something. (The skill regards defense stats) I don't know what the best build is in Euro, but pure int is definitly not the answer.

but 4k isnt much. And euro chars have a pot delay of 30 sec...
