I heard that when you die, you have a chance of losing one of your items.

Do you only lose your unequipped gear in your invent? or the equipped gear on your char? Or both?

u can lose anything thats on u or in ur inventory

U cant drop the things u wear. Only the things in your inventory.
But when u have murdurer status, u can loose any item. Those u wear too.
