Need advice on characters.

Well to start, all my characters are at or near lvl 20. But I have no problems reseting them if I messed up.
1st char: Str/glaive/fire/force-garment lv23
2nd char: Int/bow/ice/light-protector lv20
3rd char: Int/sword/light/ice-armor lv19
It would be nice if someone could let me know which weapon skills are the best for my int types, since those skills are more phy dmg based. I really want to know if blood force and the flower blade.
Both my int. types have piercing force maxed for their current lvl, but as to how I should proceed, I'm clueless. Please help
