Should i max ghost-walk while beign a nuker or just get it to lv 1?

lvl 1 doesnt help shit. everyone else in the 60s has it high. so theyll catch you real easy.

This means that the higher it is the longer your skill lasts?
(i mean you "teleport" to a longer location?)

The higher the level of the skill, the farther you go.
