I need a little bit of advice:
Im making a hybrid int (2:1) sword fire and light.
Im gonna max all books in fire except passive, fire wall and flame body.
Im gonna max all books in Light except Imbue and Lion Shout.
Im then gonna max all books in Sword except Smashing Series, 4 Hit Combo, and Sword Dance.

Is this good? i can use a bit more advice cause i dont want to screw this up. I want this one to be my perfect character. Notice i said "my perfect character" not the perfect character

well the only way for it to be "YOUR PERFECT" char is trial&error. if you have everyone in the world give you advice then hence it would be everone's perfect char not yours. so just play and it doesn't work out then do some mods. but that is my opinion. enjoy!!

Im doing this exact build except i get the fire passive and phy dmg buff.
And i think it will work out well.

Now IMO that's not good. Maxed Lion shout is a must for nukers all type. Other people might or might not agree with me, but my guess is that majority will vote for "yes, lion shout"

The point of the combo is to cast 4-hit and 5-hits together so it ends up in a smooth continuing chain. If you're not going to get both chains, you might as well get none.

Also sword dance is a great skill for lurring mobs during PvE. Especially if you're going 2:1 Int hybrid which trains somewhat in a blader style.

well whats the use of getting lion shout when you have soul cut (which does alot more with crit).

And second, i have a feeling your a blader due to the fact your saying we should get both 4 and 5 hit, when a good combo is : Nuke+5hit+kd+stab.
Replacing the 4hit for nuke which is almost the same cast time.

Third, if i have nukes, whats the use of getting Sword dance, i have aoe attack with nuke which does more damage than sword dance.

It is true you have nukes, but sword dance is a quick aoe skill which can come in handy, well thats my opinion. Like Greece said, Lion Shout is a must, it is a awesome finisher after your nukes, faster than soul cut. I'm also making the same build, but mine is

soul cut does 2x more than lion shout when your int hybrid like i am. lion shout may kill faster but soul cut can still be a good finisher. Sword dance does like half the damage of nukes or even less.

What you say is true, but all I'm saying it is good to get lion shout too. I'm maxing out both for my build, but thats me. As for combos and sword dance, I'm not maxing them out, but getting book 2 of sword dance, and all chains cuz chains are cool, but not maxing them because they're just for fun . Do whatever you think is right, after all it is your char .
