Well, it is.
It reduces the probability if your opponent lv is higher. Which really sucks coz there is no new skills.
And that's not my only reason I switch to glaive, bladers suck at warfare too.
Imagine if you KD'ed an opponent, the only person who can do stab is either yourself or those with bicheon stabbing skills, while glaiver/nukers can only watch, can't help. lol
What if you're glaiver ? You do stun or knockback to an opponent, everyone can still deal damage to the foe, gangbang, no limitation unlike KD. You got it now ?
What about skill that able to cancel your opponent's skill ?
Bicheon only has KD.
Heuksal has Stun and Knockback. 2, omg, 2!
Another major thing is levelling, bladers can only kill one by one. Glaivers can mob 3-5 at once. =)
lol I remember one thing that makes KD even more useless, Glaivers can switch to shield if they're downed. Block block block, now what's the use of KD then ? To pot yourself ? I guess so...
Bladers are owning for now coz of the level cap, perfect for its KD skill, but it won't be long to see them all sink to bottom after this long update (Lv 90 or.... 140 ?)

1) stun will not be lowered, as it is a constant.
2) kd depends on the lvl a bit, it get's reduced by 0,5% for each lvl the opponent is higher then the kd's lvl (50% if it's the same). This will mean that with the lvl 80cap it will be about 45%, and 90cap 40%.
Bladers where never ment to outdamage someone, like neather a nuker is to tank. Pure str's will already be pretty hard to kill with the skills stuck.. just figure a blader will do

.
Ofcourse you could go glaive to if you want ^^

Do you have any actual proof of the numbers here, or is this just speculation? I have seen three or four different people all saying different things on the matter, and I was wondering which of you to go with.

It is actually based on numbers.. but can't seem to find my resources atm. Will look into it as all these questions are rising because of the update ^^

It has been proven somewhere deep in history of SRF.
