Deleveling Masteries Question

Hello, I'm a lvl 33 Int Hybrid and want to delevel my ice, force, and bow masteries, but have heard that you can only delevel mastery lvl down to 10, is this true? If it is true, I'll just make a new char because I need the extra 30 mastery pts for my build at lvl 90. Also If I make a new char should I stay at Alps or go to different server? Any help would be awesome

Nope you can delevel skills all the way to zero.

I know you can delevel skills to 0, but what about mastry lvl?

I think he meant your mastery level.

Yeah I ment mastery lvl, it can be delvled all the way to zero.
